Valley Flash offers year-round programming so athletes can keep developing through every season. Each program is structured to meet athletes where they are and give them a clear next step, whether they are brand new to the sport or preparing for competition.

Spring

Sprint Throw Jump Run

Come be a part of a youth developmental track and field program hosted by Valley Flash Running Club! Athletes aged Kindergarten to 6th grade will be learning different events including hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin, relays, sprints and distance. It also will include strength, core, conditioning, agility, and mobility. This is for youth athletes who are interested in learning the sport of track and field, as well as athletes looking to improve their speed and overall athletic ability.

Summer

Club Track

Come be a part of club track and field with Valley Flash Running Club. Athletes 5 years old to 18 years old (including Masters and Open athletes) can compete in different events--sprints, throws, jumps, hurdles, distance, multi-events or relays. We also include strength, core, conditioning, agility, mobility, balance, nutrition, hydration, supplements, and sleep.

Fall Club Cross Country

A fall distance program built around aerobic development, race preparation, team culture, and smart training for athletes who want to improve their endurance and racing confidence.

  • Supports both newer runners and experienced distance athletes.
  • Builds pacing awareness, durability, and competitive readiness.
  • Extends the club experience beyond track into the cross country season.

Off-season training focused on preparing youth athletes for spring sports with strength development, explosive work, speed and agility, mobility, balance, and conditioning.

  • Designed for middle and high school athletes.
  • Builds a strong foundation before track and other spring sports begin.
  • Emphasizes consistency, athletic development, and injury prevention.
