IN DETAIL:

Come be a part of club track and field with Valley Flash Running Club. Athletes 5 years old to 18 years old (including Masters and Open athletes) can compete in different events–sprints, throws, jumps, hurdles, distance, multi-events or relays. We also include strength, core, conditioning, agility, mobility, balance, nutrition, hydration, supplements, and sleep. This is a club-level sport for youth athletes who are interested in practicing and competing in the sport of track and field, as well as athletes looking to improve their speed and overall athletic ability. All coaches are 3-step verified (background check, USATF membership, SafeSport Training), most are USATF Level 1 certified.

The fee is $150 per athlete; sibling #1 is $100; siblings #2 + are $75. Payment is due no later than the first day of practice (May 13th). Payment can be made via Venmo (Valley Flash Running Club). If desired, cash or check may be brought on the first day of practice. If a child has not paid, they will not be able to participate. Registration fee excludes USATF membership, athlete uniform, meet/event fees, hotel/transportation/food for out of town events.
